Tn=(Tn-1 +Tn-2 -1)
4=5+0(actually there is nothing)-1=4
8=4+5-1=8
11=8+4-1
18=11+8-1
28=18+11-1


Next two numbers will be
(28+18-1)=45
(45+28-1)=72
