Find out the missing number.

Answer

Some body @office gave an excellent answer.

(right bottom - left top + left bottom )X right top = answer

Missing number =(4-8+1)* 4=-12

But my idea was different.

If we consider upper  box values together(two partitions) and lower box values(again two partitions) then
72/18 =4
95/19=5
84/14=6

The missing number is 6.
